We go through what the solution has to achieve: who it is for, what business outcome we expect from it, and what is getting in the way today.
2. Scope and quote
We put in writing what will be built and what will not. Fixed scope, transparent price, a deadline you can plan around — not open-ended time and materials.
3. Delivery
Design, development and content. You see the work in progress, not only at the end.
4. Handover and care
Launch, with measurement and training. Then optional monthly maintenance, so you are not left without a technical owner.
